Information you provide

An order uses your name, email address, delivery and billing details, and any phone number or delivery instructions you provide. An account also stores your profile, saved addresses and order history. Enquiries contain the details you include in your message.

Why the information is needed

Order information is used to fulfil purchases, arrange delivery, answer questions and keep required transaction records. Account information supports the account features you choose to use. Relevant delivery details are shared with the carrier; online payment details are handled by the payment provider selected during checkout.

Essential website functions

Session and security cookies support the shopping cart, sign-in and form protection. These functions allow the shop to remember the current shopping session and process requests safely.

The first-visit cookie notice explains these essential functions. Selecting “Understood” stores the first-party verpste_cookie_notice cookie for six months so the notice does not reappear on every page. You can reopen the notice using Cookie settings in the footer or remove this cookie through your browser. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not enabled.
